Abstract
Employee Engagement is a head scratcher for every organization today. It is a tedious and a challenging task which keeps organization’s management team on its feet. With the workforce rapidly increasing, the process of engaging employees has become even more challenging. Every organization should look up to engagement-friendly culture as it considers the value of multi-generational and multi-cultural workforce. An organization should present an environment that lets individuals achieve their individual goals and in the process better organizations’ fortunes. In the present study, survey method and conceptual model are carried out. A sample of 287 employees from ITES sector is tested under the conceptual model. In this study, some major factors that influence the employees’ engagement have been taken into account to analyze the individual personal difference on the performance of the organization.
