Abstract
Human Resource Development is a system comprising of various subsystems. These sub-systems are known as human resource development mechanism or human resource development instruments applied by the organisation to develop desired human resource development climate and to improve organisational effectiveness through human resource development out comes. There are large numbers of sub-systems or instruments that can be used to develop and facilitate human resource development.
