Abstract

Global reforms in education and challenging ICT demands have made a remarkable shift in the structure of the enabling ICT environment and the utilization of ICT technologies in education. Such technologies have become the key driver of the digital network in an era of technology-driven education. Indeed, the new information and communication technologies are dramatically changing the ways ofteaching, learning and administration in many education sectors of the world.
