Abstract

The research paper is about behavior of consumers towards the branded and non branded personal computers. The Consumer behaviour plays an important part in developing a relationship between the customer and the marketer. Consumer Behaviour is analyzed after selling goods & services The most positive outcome from achieving customer satisfaction is to gain loyalty A lot of branded PCs are available in the market but non branded PCs are also capturing market share. The research has been conducted on both types of primary and secondary data. After analyzing the data researcher finds that most of people purchases the PC's for business purposes and due to their profession. Most of consumer purchased PC's through vendor because people want more service that is provided by the vendors. . People when go for purchasing PC's he/she wants to look attractive & more warranty.People have purchased the unbranded PC's due to low cost/price. If in future branded companies may reduce their prices then it is sure that almost there is no market share of unbranded PC's.
