Organizational leaders are having a long standing concern regarding the sexual harassment at the work place, something that organization must avoid to ensure maximum performance. Nevertheless, even having this concern, social sexual behaviour is an un-avoidable feature of human interaction which cannot be controlled or ignored completely. We will try to evaluate the potential buffering effects, in terms of protecting themselves form the negative impact of the workplace stress, also the ways in which social sexual behaviour is used as tool of social influence at work.
