Abstract

Abstract Human resource is the integral part of the management process, Human resources are the people who work in an organisation. Human resource management refers to the policies and practices involved in carrying out the ‘People’ or human resource aspects of a management position, including recruitment, screening, training, rewarding and appraising.’ By calculating the each and every process of the organisation we should arrive for a good and sound profile for the future planning for the organisation. In order to overcome the so many difficulties and the wants of the human needs we should be very careful for the planning of the organisation goals and objectives. Some of the organisations are very fast to improve with the available manpower and the resources. There are some companies are never improve with the available resources. For this differences between the companies who are responsible for the improvement and for the deceased companies in nature, that will be identified and then take the good sound planning for the future improvement. Managerial diversity is very important in the global market because of the competitive group that will decide the performance of the organisation.
