Abstract

Abstract Culture and leadership are the two side of the same coin.Behind every successful leader is a vibrant culture that engages and energizes employees.In almost every case,That culture has defined ,shaped,and personifed by the leader.The leaders can help develop,shape and maintain a desired oranisational culture and that they may affect organisational innovativeness by creating new sets of shared values.This paper brings about the relationship between the leadership and culture and explains how it effects leadership and also discusses the influences of cultural competency on leadership.
