Our higher education had gone through a sea change in terms of its qualitative with quantitative expansion. It is the higher educational institutions do by reforming the community to suit the changed circumstances and by developing dynamic citizens devoted to self development and welfare of the community. As a way of promoting overall growth and development in a state economy, a role exists for public policy in higher education. It is sure that if higher educational institutions stand for the community and community also stand for higher educational institutions then nothing will be remain to be developed for the country, for the community and for the individual.
