Abstract

Proficiency in any sport requires an ideal integration of numerous abilities developed to an ideal degree, keeping in mind the fact 40 male basketball players were selected to act as subject, minimum level of participation was state level. The age of the subjects ranged from 18-21 years. The subjects were tested for Vo2 Max, and Blood Pressure as physiological variables and Agility, Explosive power, Endurance and Flexibility as physical variables. The collected data was analyzed by computing Descriptive Statistics and Pearson Product Moment Correlation. The performance was their points earned in the state level championship.
