COMPARISON OF PSYCHOLOGICAL VARIABLES AMONG TEENAGERS AND ADULTS

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to study the depression, anxiety and stress amongTeenagers and Adults. For this purpose 42 subjects (21 adult subjects and 21 teenager) were randomly selected from different sports complexes of South Delhi. The data was collected by using DASS, the Depression Anxiety Stress Scales. The data was analyzed by using descriptive statistics and independent‘t’ test. The results of the present study revealed that there was significant difference in theDepression, stress and anxiety between Adults and teenagers. The adult were found to have more stress, depression and anxiety in comparison to teenagers.
