COMPARISON OF UNDER GRADUATES AND POST GRADUATE STUDENTS ON SIX FACTOR PHYSICAL FITNESS TEST

Abstract

In every sport, success takes more than good equipment, fitness, or skills. To perform at your best, it takes mental preparation, discipline and toughness. The required level of fitness was recognized as being important for health and physical performance and was justified as a healthy lifestyle area to prevent disability. Fitness was important for doing the job it just unknown then quantity wise. The comparison of physical fitness of undergraduate and post graduate students of NCR region was done by using six factor physical fitness test.
