Abstract
The real strength of an economy lies in the quality of its human resources. There can hardly be any doubt that “People are the most important asset of an economy”. Human resources is the vehicle through which all other resources such as machines, materials and capital are organized, coordinated, directed and controlled to achieve the objectives of an economy.
