Abstract
Human Resource is the most critical asset in any organization in today’s time. Getting efficient human resource capital and to retain seasoned and experienced human resource is the most challenging task. Therefore, the organizations are now very keen and are more focused towards the employee retention. They adopt different strategies to retain their experienced and talented employees.
This research paper is directed towards a study of different employee retention strategies adopted by some of the few private organizations so as to retain their employees. It also studies the behavior pattern of the employees who work in India and the one who work outside India for the same company.
