Abstract
There are numerous factors which affect the career decision of higher secondary students which
includes parents’ choice and expectations, students’ own interest in a specific field, independence
to work in future, location of institute, financial aspect and many more. Studying these factors is
important for students as well as for parents so that students can take the right decision and
parents can support them and can guide them accordingly.
