Abstract

This article primarily focuses on the chemical analysis of River Barandi which is situated in the District Katihar in Bihar. Katihar is one of the poorly developed district of Bihar. A large number of rivers like Ganga, Kosi, Barandi, Karikosi, Mahananda, etc. are traversed in this district. Among these rivers, Barandi is the main tributary of the River Koshi.
