Abstract

This study examined employee’s level of work stress, job satisfaction and organisation commitment and impact these workplace dimension have in one another. The study was conducted in Bhagalpur within central public organization that are in the process of privatisation or corporation. The quantitative research finding revealed high level of job satisfaction, organisation commitment and work stress. However the finding indicate that satisfied and committed work force is not a guarantee to have low level of work stress and vice versa.
