Abstract

The district of Supaul, which acquired the status of an independent district on 14 March 1992, has a rich heritage and close linkage with the parent district of Saharsa, Supaul sub-division in the old Saharsa district has been upgraded as an independent district consisting 09 community development blocks and 23 towns.
