Abstract

The labor market has changed dramatically over the past few year .There is globalization of economics and cut throat competition is forcing organization to cut cost of operations. That is firms are seeking to obtain higher value through lower costs. The use of contract workers helps organizations to bring down costs ,also ensuring labor flexibility .This paper reviews the concept of manpower outsourcing in relation to cost effectiveness for organizations.
