Abstract

Leadership is a responsibility that includes work completion and interaction with teams, including preparing and guiding team members to pursue the same line of insight, vision, and accomplishment. Managers are in charge of business execution and decision-making. Leadership entails organising and mobilising teams to accomplish a goal. Though leaders and managers work closely together, there are distinctions in how they handle the responsibility of leading the team to success.
