Abstract

Investment behavior is an important domain to be studied with respect to generation Z. This study reflects it in terms of financial literacy. Financial literacy has become all the more important with the rampant changes taking place in the economic scenario at both macro and micro level. Further, the advent of new modes of payments and e-banking, any investor (household in this case) needs to be a literate financially. Financial literacy in itself is a broad term covering domains of credit, debit and all other monetary decisions. This study aims at examining the impact of demographics on financial literacy of adults in Jaipur.
