Abstract

In this research paper, researcher will analyze and try to understand the issues related to refugee crisis and how South Asia has failed to create a comprehensive structures to protect refugees based on humanitarian ground by not tackling it as a Non-Traditional security matter. Related topics will also be discussed like relation between Refugee laws and Human Rights Laws, Conflicts and Refugees in South Asia, the accounts of refugees in Bangladesh(Rohingyas) and India(Bangladeshis) and lastly the need of Cooperative Security Network in South Asia.
