Abstract

Today’s generations is growing up with digital hand and spend more time with smart phone, computer, and internet. Even the concept of playground is also replaced by video games and toys filled with buttons and light. Students surf the bookish knowledge on internet before entering the classroom. In such situation the roles of teacher become very challenging. The classroom transactions must be in such a way that suit really need of today’s generation and secure learning among them. The role of teachers is continuously changing according to the demand of time. Now-a-day teachers are facilitator so they should be multidimensional and they have to create such an environment which is full of opportunities where divergent thinking can be developed in the mindset of students.
