Abstract

This is a study of juveniles based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh for the rehabilitation and social reintegration of juveniles in conflict with the law. The Juvenile Delinquency is a state of children being held guilty under law for the offence committed without awareness and influence, however, oppressed and non understanding to take good decisions and do good actions. The juveniles have unlawful behavior which compels them to commit crime and become Juvenile delinquents.
