Abstract

Planning is a crucial part of development. A plan is a process to accomplish some determined objectives. Urban planning means the presentation of plans for regulation and management of town, cities and metropolitan regions. Urban planning is a process which involves the design and development of land used constructively the built environment. This involves technical and political decisions pertaining to air, water and infrastructure. In this paper there is an attempt to analyze the urban problems and tried to find out the prospective planning which may lead the city to integrated development. This paper will be based on primary data as well as secondary data.
