Abstract

Positive psychology has the potential to improve workplace satisfaction, engagement, and productivity. There are a variety of ways to improve people's success orientation and finish their analysis with the model, which seems to be a good way of portraying key features of a pleasant and supportive workplace atmosphere. In this paper, the argument raises some of the ideas raised in their report including adjusting a sample of inspiration to create the Occupational Motivation and Engagement Wheel. Moreover, it examines some extremely essential techniques indicated by Wiegand and Geller.
