Abstract

Teachers are in an unanticipated state, with the rise of technical advancement schools are speeding up the move from traditional to modern teaching methods, along with social challenges new course structure & workload, which all result in emotional complications. In this circumstance, physical exercise was shown to be a protective factor against mental illnesses such as anxiety or depression. Thus, the major goals of this research were to investigate how teachers' mental health and their relationships have been impacted by the changes in teaching methods, as well as to find out which variable—physical activity or not—contributes to the success or failure of work, family, and social connections. In order to gather quantitative and qualitative data, an online survey was developed. Results demonstrated that physical exercise serves as a preventative measure during mental stress, regardless of the intensity of activity.
