The corruption is worldwide phenomenon which affects every sector and organisation. Due to lack of transparency and accountability, the identification of culprits and credible evidence against them is not available. This lacunae can be supplied through whistleblower who sacrifices his career in public interest. Hence legal support is extended by many countries through their laws. But in spite of the same, the whistleblowing is not opted by most employees. Hence the present researcher has analysed the laws for deficiencies in laws concerned and by comparative analysis relative merits and demerits are sought to be ascertained.
