Abstract

Investigators have demonstrated that the individual himself is a product of nature and nurture. Two main agencies of nurture are school and home. In a diverse country like India, which has innumerable schools shouldering the responsibility of imparting education to millions of students can institutional climate make a difference into the quality of their turn-outs?
