Of the various legislations that have been passed for women in India, one is The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (referred to as the POSH Act). This Act treats sexual harassment at workplace as a misconduct and calls for punishment if the allegations are proved.
