ANALYZING THE WRITING TARGET NEEDS OF MBA STUDENTS

Abstract

This study is undertaken to investigate the current writing situation of MBA students. Writing skill is one of the most sought after skill in any organization, and the ability express effectively in writing is often seen as an important employability skill. But, the present writing situation of many students do not match the company standards. Therefore, this paper will aim to find out the gap (if any) exist between the current writing needs and target writing needs of students.
