Abstract

Education is the process by which a society transmits its values, skills, and knowledge from one generation to another. The bill of RTE Act 2009 received the assent of President, who notified it as the children’s right to free and compulsory education Act on August 26th, 2009. It has been implemented from April 1st, 2010, in the whole of India except the state of Jammu and Kashmir.
