Abstract

With the growing discourse on inclusive growth, and the distrust towards companies in the wake of capitalism’s excesses, pressing for companies to change and stand for something that improves people’s lives is greater than ever before. At the same time, inequality in income and wealth has been increasing at an alarming rate in the recent decades in almost all capitalist countries.
