Abstract

The current employment scene in India is a chaotic mix of unemployment, under- employment and un-employability. Of these un-employability is the biggest problem that shows itself in our inability to match the quality of workforce with the skills and performance parameters defined by the industry. The organized sector that creates full time jobs, needs readily employable skilled graduates.
