Abstract

In today’s world the consumption of processed foods has increased due to lack of time. Processed foods are more convenient to consume and require less time to prepare. Food processing has been carried out since ancient times as a way to preserve and improve foods nutritional and organoleptic properties. There are many food processing techniques and operations to produce convenience and ready to eat foods.
