Abstract

Evidences are the sine qua non to prove facts in civil and criminal cases. There are different kinds of evidences produced in the courts such as oral and documentary evidences. However, oral evidences ought to be direct and must not be hearsay. Hearsay evidence is no evidence and is not recognised in the court of law.
