Abstract

Leadership at the tertiary level has taken on an important role in the expansion of quality in higher education into the new landscape of twenty-first century. The success or failure of educational program depends on the quality of leadership of the principal. Principals are expected to have strong vision, good communicative skills and be able to motivate teachers to bring about effective change.
