Abstract

In the area of sports and sports sciences, we used different techniques and training modules to improve the capacity of internal organs or systems to achieve high-level performance. Physiological variables may be defined as those variables, which are directly linked with various physiological systems such as heart rate, blood pressure, vital capacity, respiratory rate, and hemoglobin.
