Abstract

Many benefits can be enjoyed as a result of participating in a regular physical fitness program , the greatest benefit of all is that individuals enjoy a better quality of life. Even though there are some indications that they will also live a longer life, statistically this is difficult to prove because of the many different factors that can have an effect on our health and well-being.
