Abstract

Consumer protection policies play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity and stability of the Financial Services Industry (FSI), ensuring fair and transparent interactions between financial institutions and consumers. This research paper aims to evaluate the effectiveness of consumer protection policies within the FSI, examining their impact on enhancing consumer trust, mitigating market abuse, and promoting financial inclusivity.
