Abstract

This study was to investigate the effects of an eighteen-week high-intensity aerobic programme on the apical pulse rates of male teenage pupils. Methods: 40 male adolescents between the ages of 13 and 17 were randomly chosen from G.H.S.S. Kulathoor in Neyyattinkara (Kerala).
