Abstract

Corporate employees often experience high levels of stress due to long working hours, tight deadlines, and heavy workloads. Long-term exposure to stress can negatively affect both physical and mental health, increasing the risk of chronic diseases such as hypertension, depression, anxiety, fatigue, headaches.
