Abstract

Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, a prominent figure in Indian history, played a crucial role in shaping the labor reforms in the country. As the principal architect of the Indian Constitution and the first Law Minister of independent India, Dr. Ambedkar focused on addressing social and economic inequalities, including those related to labor.
