Abstract

India has experienced tremendous growth in its telecommunications sector in recent years, with millions of people gaining access to mobile phones and internet services. However, this growth has not been evenly distributed, and many people, particularly those in rural areas and low-income communities, still lack access to high-quality digital infrastructure and services.
