Abstract

In the context of gymnastics, this study emphasises how crucial it is to acknowledge and deal with the contradictory relationship between rhythmic talent and sports anxiety. Trainers and coaches are urged to modify their training regimens to help Male gymnasts with their critical rhythmic ability while also reducing sports anxiety.
