Abstract

हम नई सहस्राब्दी की सुबह में शांति पर जोर देख रहे हैं। उदाहरण के लिए, वर्ष 2000 को शांति की संस्कृति के लिए अंतर्राष्ट्रीय वर्ष के रूप में नामित किया गया था और 2001-2010 की अवधि को संयुक्त राष्ट्र द्वारा नामित किया गया था।
