Abstract

Yoga is an ancient Indian practice that uses mental and physical exercises to achieve the unification of an individual to the infinite. Hatha yoga is becoming increasingly popular in Western countries as a method of stress management as well as a mean of exercise and fitness training (Schell et al., 1994).
