Abstract

Spirituality is built on detailed knowledge about this conscient entity, the soul, about its various states and levels and also of various forms of its manifestations such as thought, judgement, memory, belief, learning, outlook, attitudes, sanskaras, etc. Spirituality gives us purity and harmonious personality. The awareness of being a soul gives one the consciousness of a new (spiritual) relationship with others. It gives one new understanding of the law of karma and results in changing of attitudes and sanskaras. The nature and meaning of work are undergoing a profound evolution. The new management function will be helping people unleash and express their full creative spirit. The article looks at organizations in which emphasis is on spiritual awareness training and its impact on work productivity.
