Abstract

Education most commonly is understood as a means for overcoming handicaps by achieving greater equality and acquiring wealth and social status. It is also perceived that education is one of the best means of achieving greater social equality. Thus, the purpose of education is to develop every individual to her/hisr potential and give a chance to achieve as much in life as one’s natural abilities allow her/him to do so.
