Abstract

This research paper examines the complex interplay between media freedom and the right to privacy in India, focusing on the role of judicial precedents and regulatory mechanisms. Media freedom, protected under Article 19(1)(a) of the Indian Constitution, is essential for democracy, allowing for the free flow of information.
