Abstract

ABSTRACT In this age of modern commercialism advertisements play a crucial role. In today’s fast moving, high tech world, businesses uses advertisements to make prospective aware about their products and services. This research paper in brief reviews the self regulatory mechanism on misleading advertising in India and the effectiveness of this self regulatory body through recent reported cases.
